We are involved in regional and national networks for the integration of our participants and cooperate with advice centres, migrant organizations, social actors and institutions on their behalf. Our quality principles
By establishing a quality assurance system, all courses are based on a didactic and methodological concept. The events are geared towards a variety of methods. Each session is designed to make the participant’s learning experience as positive and productive as possible. Every participant starts at the NOVA language school with a personal consultation. The existing language skills are tested in writing and orally, the personal learning goal is defined, any questions are answered and a tailored learning program is proposed. For us, successful learning means expanding the personal and social skills of individual learners.
These relate not only to the learners’ professional activities but also to their participation in cultural, social and political life. A clear added value must be recognizable for the participant. With our services, we increase the efficiency and competitiveness of our participants. We provide interested parties with clear information on the learning requirements and the course of the learning service. Our staff receive ongoing professional and pedagogical training. Bright and modern classrooms meet the needs of our participants and provide a pleasant learning atmosphere.
Our quality management is largely based on continuous improvement. This applies to the learning service directly with the participant but also to supporting activities in the background. Quality-conscious thinking and action supported by clear tasks is the prerequisite for continuous improvement. The language school NOVA works with committed, professionally and adult educationally qualified lecturers.
The lecturers are introduced to their work, informed about changes to the framework conditions for running integration courses and encouraged to regularly exchange information with each other. The lecturers are always in regular, close and intensive contact with the institution. Errors represent potential for improvement and are avoided by eliminating the causes.
